On November 29th at 5:48 a.m. my time in California I contacted Advanced car shipping spoke with an then was returned a call from Ashley in which I was told that the charge would be 1600 and eventually it came down to $1,400 due to the fact that that was the going rate they said that the vehicle or whatever my Bobcat would be picked up to that day and which I said that's what would be needed and that person said that would be no problem however it never occurred then the next day I find out from the driver that he's not available until that Saturday in which that's two days past the time thus all information that was stated was not true now it's causing me to have a Finance on a Bobcat that I now and not going to have they were very rude and the owner Andy told me that I was confused which is defamation of character as well as in so many words telling me I must be confused cuz I must be talking about another company I dealt with which is calling me a liar his actions he cut me off on several occasions in which I let him speak on several occasions and when I spoke he cut me off again he does not care about people it's only about dollars and sense I would not use this company to save my life if you can use anyone else do so because they will tell you one thing and do something different if you think that this is not you and he says it's not you I can let you hear the conversations. Also pride and taking money off my card I had no contract and I have never signed a contract at all so they're telling me I needed to read my contract what contract
