Advanced was contracted through a broker to expedite delivery of our private vehicle. I had several problems with the broker. The broker did not provide information to Advanced regarding delivery address and contact personnel. Also, although I was assured that I had made arrangements with the broker to prepay the tow charge, that was never communicated to Advanced, so at delivery, many people had to scramble both here and on the receiving end in order to arrange for payment.
Throughout the process, Donna was incredibly understanding and bent over backwards to make accommodations for the broker's lack of follow-through. While our need to transport vehicles is very infrequent, the next time I have the need I will not hesitate to contact Advanced. Kudos and congratulations to Donna and her driver. Keep up the impressive service and follow through.
