So in the beginning he was honest and did a good job at keeping in touch with us nonstop in order to get us in the deal and take our money. He found a good price on our shipping deal and sent us the contract to sign. We signed everything and gave the deposit in to make sure it will be picked up on time because we needed it shipped as soon as possible. After we gave him our deposit, he never called us back to keep us updated but would constantly text us to give us excuses about how busy he all of a sudden got and could not get a confirmation. At the end of our scheduled pickup date he texts me, again instead of calling, that he was informed the car for some reason was NOT picked up. So now we have to pay an expensive storage fee in order to keep it there over the weekend since the place it is stored at is closed on the weekends. After hours of trying to contact him, he still cannot be reached. He turned his phone off and there is no way in reaching him. This is ridiculous and the worst company and customer service I've had to deal with out of all the experiences I've had with other shipping companies. Additionally, he stated that the driver for some reason decided last minute that he did not want to take our car, and decided to pick up a different car, even though we already had a contract signed. I am definitely not happy with this guy and how he runs his company. BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM they will take your money and never give it back.
