I spoke with Barbie, had a great interaction. Paid the deposit and then the phones were disconnected, email was set to bounce back mode. Occasionally, every 4th email request, I got a response explaining that they were experiencing system issues and would get back to me shortly. When asked for an alternate contact number ...nothing. Do not use these people!!!
