I purchased a car via auction in Pennsylvania in early August and they offered me what I thought was a decent quote. I told them the car needed a jump. They made one attempt to pick it up two days later and complained the car would not start, so the driver left without the car. Twelve days went by without them making a second attempt. I kept contacting their rep, who kept telling me they didn’t have a driver in the area yet. Finally, after 13 days and the auction house pressuring them to come pick the car up, they showed up a second time. Their driver was supposed to drop off the car yesterday and in spite of me giving ACERTUS clear instructions to call both me and my wife, the driver called just me, left no message, did not try to deliver, and now we have to wait one to two more days for the car to be dropped off as the driver is unavailable today due to religious observance (which is his right). Today marks 3 weeks since the auction and we still don’t have the car. I won’t use their service ever again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
