This is the worst company I have ever had an opportunity to deal with. My wife contacted them on 12/17/2013 to schedule transport from NY to California. We were given a quote of $1025 for that and we agreed. Our pick up date was on December 27, 2013. We were very clear about all terms as we are moving to California on January 1, 2014.

We called on December 27 and were informed that the pick up will occur between 12-6pm. However, nobody came. Nobody contacted us. I called Rene (one of the ACE employees) on 12/27, and he was actually upset that I called his number; his number was provided on the Shipping Order Form.

To make the matters worse, ACE does not want to remove my car from their database. I have been trying to reach them for the past few days - no luck. I will definitely contact Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.
