From the start of getting the quote Ace Connect was great. I was MUCH more comfortable with the whole process as it was explained by them and ended up using them over 2 other companies. The driver continued that great service, called to give a pickup window time, then called when he was like 15 min away. Gave another call for delivery time and again called when he was closer to the house. Shipping a car is not like dropping off a package at UPS, but I have to say the whole process and how Ace's people deal with you makes it feel like it is super safe and super easy. Definitely 5 stars for these guys.
