This was my first experience using a company to transport a car across country. Initially, there was a concern because the pickup date was delayed and then I was charged an extra $100 because the transport was enclosed but again it was pretty reasonable for an enclosed trailer. But when the vehicle arrived, I felt good after talking with the drivers Daniel and Vlad. They answered my questions and reassured me that they would do their best to deliver the car to my daughter, 2000 miles away. My experience with ACE AUTO FREIGHT was great. My agent “Harry” took care of the shipment from beginning to end. So far, the best experience in shipment with ACE.
