This was the first time I had a car transported and approached the issue with trepidation. Will I ever see this vehicle again? Well, everything went superbly well.
I liked Bruces approach when he explained how the industry works. His quote ended up cheaper than most (or all).
We changed the destination after the initial quote, but Bruce accommodated this with no fuss. There were some last-minute changes on our part in the end too, but that was OK too. Overall, we were so pleased that my son gave a $100 tip. They say, put your money where your mouth is. The size of the tip should testify to the fact that we were very pleased.
Someone suggested in another review to hire a transport company directly without a middleman agent. It sounds like a good idea on first thought, but it's not. Since most of us are onetime clients, the transport company may not bend over backwards for us. The agency, such as Above the rest, is a repeat client to these transporters, so they are motivated to do a good job. The benefit derived is well worth the commission.
Once again, we highly recommend this company! You will be happy with them.
