Long delay in picking up car

I booked this order on May 13th. Car was ready for pick up on May 18th. Was given a 5 day pick up window till May 23rd. I called everyday for the past 6 days & was told that drivers didn't want to pick up inPA because of toll roads. I increased the amount paid to $975 to make the load more attractive.
My son is already in Colorado, the car is still sitting on my driveway in PA as of today, 5/25.

Since I did not receive a response from Able Auto I tried another transport company who found a driver to pick up car on Sat. May 28th. Sean Studler Transportation. I booked it & then called Able to cancel my order with them; they told me that they had found a driver to pick up the car on May 28th. Didn't call me first to find out if that was a convenient date or if I would be home. It turns out the driver Sean Studler booked my car with two different transport companies.

I called Able & told them they didn't call or send an email until I had called to cancel. i asked them not to charge my credit card for $125. They said once the load is booked with a driver the card is charged per agreement.
Now I have to call my credit card company & fight the charges by Able.

If they had called me & told me they found a driver I wouldn't have looked elsewhere for a trucker.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE - VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!
