This company was great. I had hired a different company initially and my car was never picked up, nor was I offered the option of choosing another trucker. AA was prompt and professional. The trucking company that they found picked my car up on the day scheduled and delivered it EARLY. The truck driver was a little different, but that is not AA's fault. My car was in an open carrier, and it did not have any damage or any items stolen- -I had a full load of cargo in the trunk. I was also able to charge the entire cost of the move with a small service fee. This was great for me, as other companies will not allow you to do this- the cash must be in hand. If you are starting a new job and short on cash this is tough. AA is an excellent brokerage company. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
