I recently booked my car to be shipped with Able Auto Transport and was extremely disappointed with the service provided. They initially told me that it would take at most a week to book my car with a carrier at a certain quoted rate. Three weeks later, they had not booked my car and instead of providing a logical explanation, they provided unfriendly attitude over the phone and told me basically that I would have to add on a "bonus" to the price - essentially more money in order to have the car shipped. At this point, I was frustrated and agreed to add on the bonus - to my surprise they were still NOT ABLE to book my car to be shipped, stating that they did not have enough carriers. At this point I canceled my order, booked my car with another company and had my car within a week.
