It's a nightmare!

I wish I had read all the reviews here before I signed up with this company to ship my car from UT to VA. The experience was horrible. The service was very bad! And people from this company are very irresponsible, unreasonable and rude. Pick up for my car was delayed for more than a week and no one ever contacted me to tell me any information. When I tried to call them, they just said "this is all that we can do" and not even a sorry. Worst of the worst, one representative named Amy hang up the phone on me. And she even lied that it was I who hang up. I am completed pissed off by this company.
