I have used brokers in the past that have left me hanging and also led me to believe that they owned the trucks that they were moving cars with. When I have a vehicle that needs to be moved it needs to arrive by a certain date with no excuses. I can tell you with a great deal of confidence that I have used the guys @ Abby for over two years, moving approximatley 300 vehicles per year all over the country. With a very few exceptions that were beyond their control our vehicles have been delivered either on time or before. Let me say this as well; when they have had a trucking company that either did not pick up the vehicle or deliver it on time the guys @ Abby have come up with a solution that works for me and my customer(s). I will continue to use these guys and if they ever become assett based I will be able to help them pick up even more customers than they have now. One of the reasons that I like working with the guys at Abby is that they have been in the business for a long time and they know what "FAIR" Rates are. The importance of knowing "FAIR" Rates is that they are able to get vehicles moving quickly without the customer overpaying, furthermore, the trucking companies that they work with seem to like and respect them. Most of them tend to go the extra mile if needed to for them because of the way are treated by Abby Auto. That is the reputation that they have and again even when things are beyond their control they work for you to get the matter rectified.
