My vehicle was picked up on May 25, 2018 and was suppose to be delivered on May 31, 2018. Today is June 12, 2018 and the car has still not been delivered to my home. I was told the transport truck broke down on the May 31, 2018 and my car would be delivered Monday June 4, 2018. I had to call them Monday to see if it was going to be delivered and they said yes the driver is on its way. The end of Monday no car was delivered. I called Tuesday and they said not until Thursday because they had to send another truck to pick up the cars to deliver. The broker 365 car transport had to call them and ask why the vehicle was not delivered on time and AT Auto Transport promised it will be delivered Thursday June 7, 2018. Thursday came around no car and I had to call numerous times to get updates. AT Auto Transport told me they were Ontario, CA. which is approximately ten miles from my house but couldn't deliver the car because they need a fork lift to get the cars off the trailer in order to get to mine so my car will not be delivered until June 11, 2018. Now its June 12, 2018 and I still have not have my car delivered. AT Auto Transport does not return my call and states my car is on its way, No kidding its on its way but when. It has been over two weeks and I have been given nothing but the run around. He sends me a picture of my car on the trailer and states, "your car is okay". All I want is my car that I paid for and not be jerked around and lied to by AT Auto Transport Inc. I to will have to file a Stolen Vehicle Report for GTA if the car is not delivered soon and a claim against their Insurance company.
