Ark picked the car up at the stated time, despite the approaching monster storm Nemo. Ark ohoned beforehand to make sure I was home. Ark had to deal with me a tired, nervous woman on my own, who just went through a really bad experience with movers. Ark cleaned the car off and noted every single little scratch in the freezing blizzard. It was correct, so I signed off on it and paid the full sum upfront even though the driver said I didn't have to. They told me the route they were taking and how they changed drivers, gave me the driver's cell and head office number wihtout me asking and asked me if I understood and agreed to everything on the form with no pressure. I watched them load and unload. They delivered on time with constant time updates beforehand as they got closer. Driver said he may have trouble getting the trailer up 18% incline roads, so he waited about 25 minutes in a Shopping Mall car park that we recommended. The car arrived in same condition as it was put on the trailer, Hubby checked it over, just the windows were a little dirty. He asked us to make sure that we were happy with the car, asked us again to check the mileage, and condition before signing off. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free. If only they could have moved my furniture. Nice straighfroward guys. If we transport the next car, I will phone them direct.
