Very very bad customer service

I called in for my car to get shipped they promise at most in 4 days it’s been 10 days passed and my car wasn’t pick up...and then after 11th day they said they will charge 200 more so I told them please cancel it I don’t want your service anymore. Every time I call Matt and Frank are very very rude so bad that I’m not done talking yet they hang up on you in the phone. So again they still keep calling me about shipping my car and like always I told them that I don’t need their service anymore since I got another company who’s more efficient and reliable most of all professional people to deal with , with very nice manners not like the people at ANM transport who are so rude. Today jan 19 I found out that they are trying to charge my credit card for the deposit good thing I told my bank already not to honor any charge from that company. But oh boy when I called them it was Matt that answered the phone and I told him that I mentioned many times to cancel the service since I already have my car shipped but again he’s very rude hanging me up while I’m still talking. Folks please stay away from these ANM company very rude service. I suggest to consider Nationwide Transport Services on your next need of transport service they have very good service with good people .
