This is the first time I have had to ship a car and so I had some questions and had to find a transport company to get my car from NJ to San Diego. I ended up doing some research on the web and then called around to at least 10 different auto transport companies. All of the other companies I spoke to were really pushy trying to "sell" me telling me how quickly they would pick up and deliver my car, but of course with no guarantee and pretty much ignoring my few basic questions.

I contacted Faye at AFT and was pleasantly surprised when she took the time to email and speak to me multiple times answering all of my questions before I commited to using AFT. With the cost being the same for about every company, I decided to go with AFT because they had the best customer service so far and I had a better feeling that my car would turn up in San Diego in one piece and on time.

My car was first available for pickup on Tuesday and was picked up on Thursday morning. The driver was very nice and he took great care going over the condition of my car before loading it on the truck. He was available by cell phone throughout the trip and was courteous and did return my phone calls. He made it here in 8 days (got my car at 8am on the 8th day) and although this on time, I am sure he would have been early if he did not have to go through the downpours in Texas and traffic heading to SD for the 4th of July holiday.

I would most definietly use AFT again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Tracey, I am so glad that your first experience was a good one. Weather is an issue for Transport at times and we appreciate your understanding and patience with that as well. Enjoy your time in CA and let us know when you are ready to return. Andrew
