Nationwidw Transit lost the keys; other than that, happy

I ended up switching both the pickup city and the destination state so I was not the simplest order; Faye was a great help and very responsive by email. It is a little more dfficult to reach the office by phone.

When I was assigned Nationwide Transit as the carrier, I was a little nervous based on their reviews. I never met the driver but my sister-in-law who handled the pickup for me said he was very nice. The problem was at delivery to my in-laws. He had lost the key and I was in another state with the spare. He had to go through a GM dealership to get a new key made. Still and most importantly, my vehicle was delivered in the condition I had left it - very satisfied with AFT.

Hey there, Thanks so much for the honesty. Sometimes keys do get lost and I am glad the driver did the right thing and replaced it. Not a problem for us to make things right. Hope all is well in Il and the changes to route while in transit were no problem either. Thank you again and let us know when you return.
