Our office was damaged due to high winds and storms here in ga in Feb when your car should have been moved and I apologize that communication was very hard at the time. I did try to contact you from a cell phone to let you know we had a driverhowever, the tower was also damaged and getting calls returned or out was difficult. We do not have any of your monies to give you a credit however if you like, please respond and I will be happy to discuss the rate you paid the other company and see about compensation difference.
