Direct Express Auto Transport scheduled a truck from ABM for us. They were a little mixed up and originally told us the car would be here 4 days after pickup which was hard to believe. Turns out the guy we spoke to had the trucks confused and it actually arrived 8 days after pickup. Despite the mix up they were easy to reach and the driver contacted us when we expected. With any transport company you will have to wait around for a day for the call. There was no damage it was just a little dirty. All in all not a bad experience.
