Apparently I should have read the reviews about this company. DO NOT USE ABC CARRIERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. I scheduled to ship my car with the booker "Irene" who quoted me at $520 and said I would pay 170 deposit up front and then pay the remaining balance upon delivery of my car to the driver. My car was picked up and and I received an email the day of delivery saying I owed the driver 675 for the car. Apparently, ABC listed my car at 675 and then added some ridiculous charge that they said was considered expedited delivery, which I did not request. Upon contacting ABC Carriers, "Al then told me I had to pay the driver 675 and that if i do not my car would be put in storage and cost me 75 dollars a day." I told him this is not what Irene told me I would be paying and he said well I have your payment, I have to get paid and there is nothing you can do about it. He then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME. This is the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I plan to write the better business bureau nad to try to file a small claims court grievance. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPNAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Shame on these people for abusing this system.
