I am a little uncomfortable to give here a bad review but at the end the problem is that even if the broker ,here PJ from AAAll States, is an honest and open person, you are at the merci of the trucker they choose and in my case they were crooks per my definition, I am talking about SaturnAuto TR LLC, if you get them just run or drive you car cross country you will be better off.
First you are at their merci for the schedule and about their the communicationsaying it is poor is an understatement by far, I waited 1 full day for them at pick up and 1.5 day on delivery never nowing when they will arrive until like 20min before.
But that isn't the worse part, thank god my car was not damaged, at least anything I can see but they obviously used it to do what ever god knows. I have to recognise I forgot to record the milage on my car at pick up and I would advise everybody to do it, it should be actually forced by law but it was obvious that they used my car, many adjustment were changed on the driver side and the passenger side which should have never been changed for a car travelling on a truck.
So be warned, the broker could be the best person in the world at the end the trucker is what counts and there isn't much you can do about it. Next time I move far enough to open the question I will think twice about shipping.
One important aspect in tis site is that we rate the brokers and not the truckers but they are the ones that count not the brokers.
