great experience using aaal states

I have never had to ship a car and was very nervous about it. I had about 15 quotes and was getting sressed out in the choosing process. I finally had my grandson checking the companies and he settled on three, the first of which was aaal states. I had received a very informative e-mail from Dave wih a quote of 550.00 and called him. After speaking with him I felt a little better about the process. I called second company and was told for their comparable rate I could not be sure the car would be picked up and delivered when it was needed, but if I would pay another 150.00 there would be a better chance. After receiving another informative e-mail from Dave and talking with him again I decided to book the move through him at aaall states. This was on a thursday. The following day I recived a call giving me the drivers name and phone number to call. I called the driver, Carlos, and he said the car would be picked up on Monday. The driver kept me informed on Sun. and Mon. of the estimated pick up time. When picking up the car he was very courteous and gave the car a good going over looking for any damages. He gave me an testimated arrival time of Thurs. night or Friday morning. He kept in touch with the receiver of the car with the updated possible delivery time. it arrived late thursday afternoon. it arrived in good condition no damages enroute, just dirty which was expected. If I ever have to ship a car again I wouild defiitely call Dave at Aaall states.
