When I first requested a quote online, it was $775. When I actually talked to PJ on the phone, he strongly "hinted" that I would be better off volunteering some extra cash. After enough prodding, I finally caved and agreed to $850. He gave me the name a day or so later of a company called Bukovina Express. They were nowhere to be found on the BBB website or online in general. A ghost company. I called the guy at Bukovina Express and he was extremely rude to me, saying about my car, "I'll pick it up when I'll pick it up." I immediately called PJ and requested that a different company be used to transport my car. PJ told me that was not possible. He said it could be another week before he got any other offers. I should have stuck to my guns - a week later still would have meant an earlier arrival date than mine.

Weeks went by and I had already moved to Houston, a city with no real way of getting around without a car, and still no sign of my car. Many of my calls to Bukovina and PJ went largely unanswered. I'm not sure if you know this, but Aaall States is only open until 4:30 pm every day, unlike other companies with much better service like Angel Moving Autos, which I highly recommend. The reason I didn't pick them was because they wanted $1000 to ship my car, which in hindsight is less than what I actually paid at the end of my 19 day wait.

After 19 days, a $75 dollar increase, and nearly $200 in rental car costs, the total came to over $1000, and I could not be more dissatisfied. Aaall States is a part of the BBB, and they will be hearing from me shortly.

By the way, PJ's only consolation was that they would never use Bukovina Express again. I thank them, because now I know that my $255 in extras and 11 day late period will never happen to any other customer. But since I will never, ever be using this service again, I say to PJ, thanks for nothing.
