Needed my mother's car to be transported from Fort Pierce, FL to DC suburbs within a narrow (3-day) pick-up window. Chose AA-Allstates based on strong reviews and because its quote offered the highest margin to the driver ($600 to driver, $100 to broker). Furthermore, AA-Allstates didn't charge its $100 until the car was picked up.
Bruce was completely honest about the cost and the tradeoff between seeking the lowest rate to be offered to the driver and having the car sit around until after all higher-bidding cars were picked up. He responded quickly to my emails when I began getting nervous that my dates were approaching, but I was still without a driver.
Selected driver, Samson Cargo Pickup, came on time, picked up quickly and delivered quickly. All was very smooth. AA-Allstates remained in touch with me to confirm pickup, delivery and satisfaction. Overall, very competent. Perhaps AA-Allstates is not the cheapest, but to me, their professionalism and that of the driver was completely worth it.
