This review is not accurate. Our contract clearly states that we have up to 15 days to move a vehicle. This customer had is own expectations of how fast his car was to be loaded. He was obviously in a hurry to load the car because he had it double and triple booked with other brokers on the load board. Which is a big no-no in our industry as it just causes confusing. When we saw this, we cancelled the order on the customer and never charged him anything. When we should have because he broke our contract terms 3 different ways. All comments he made about our representatives are NOT true and pure slander.
