it is a tough decision as to who to trust with your precious car! these guys were upfront and easy to communicate with, arranged things on and ahead of agreed timeframes and then followed up diligently on a minor damage issue which ultimately was resolved- thanks to their tenacity more than mine. i have limited time so was more inclined to use the broker approach than direct, even though i thought direct might be cheaper.. these guys more than earned their commission and i would not hesitate to use them again.
