i have never had a vehicle transported before, and had to transport my Chevy Suburban from East Hampton, NY to my tiny town in East TN.i initially planned to fly there & drive it back, but fuel is so expensive now, that it would have cost me way more than it did to transport it. that, and the fact that the car was way out on the island, and i didn't want to drive thru or anywhere mear the city. after reading reviews & getting estimates from other transport co's, i got an estimate from Steve at AAALL State. he was awesome- he explained how everything worked involving the transport. and they wouldn't take my deposit until my vehicle was loaded on a transport. i believe my contract was dated May 6, and by the next day, he had a carrier for me.my friend in NY was there when "Choo Choo Charlie" picked up the truck, and she had nothing but good things to say about him.there was contact the entire time, from beginning to end. my truck was delivered the following Mon in great shape. i didn't have the chance to meet the driver, as i was out of town, but my son was home. i can't say enough good things about Steve. he made a very scary experience (if you go by reviews) into one of the easiest transactions i've ever made. i would recommend AAALL State to anyone, and i'd use them again " in a NY minute".
