We've never used a car transport service before, and the internet open bid situation can be overwhelming. However, Larry Spiess at Aaall States Auto Transport made the decision easy. His quote wasn't the least expensive but it was what we expected to pay. He sent me the original quote, then followed with suggestions on how to pick a transporter, such as checking with the Better Business Bureau. That tip alone eliminated half of the haulers that had made bids (most of them with less expensive bids). I then received several more e-mails from him containing letters of recommendations and other suggestions. I did not receive direct phone calls until our decision was made, which was a real plus to me. Our car went on the board on a Monday and there was a hauler lined up to take it that afternoon. We were called every day to check on the pick up, which was Wednesday evening. This was a nerve wracking process for us but Aaall States made it easy. I would highly recommend their services.
