On Thursday I called several companies that had sent me quotes to ship my 2004 Stratus. Randy was very straight forward and up front about the whole process and was not pushy. I called back Saturday to set it up and electronically return our contract on Sunday. Monday morning dispatch called to tell me the car would be picked up Wednesday. It was picked up that morning and he said that he should be here on Friday. Instead, he was up here late Thursday so I got the car a day early. The cost were exactly as quoted, service and communication were fantastic, the driver was courteous and professional, and the car arrived in the same condition as when it left.
