Straight to the point. Gave me a quote and informed me if you go to low, take the risk of waiting a long time. Called me the next day and told me there was a truck waiting to take it, but wanted $40 more than quote. Gave me the option of taking it, or waiting for a second offer. I took it. He did not ask for any extra money and I paid Larry his originally quoted fee. Good communication all the way through
