I scheduled a pickup for my truck, but within a few hours, I found someone who was able to pickup my vehicle within 2 days, price was better and customer service was great, unlike AAA transport. So I called back and said I would like to cancel please. This guy Chris was so rude, basically just hung up on me, then sends me a message of FYI, you card will be charged for $93.13 for dispatch fee, when he hasn't even called me to tell me about the time date or anything yet. Then he sends me another message saying my card is charged for $99 as per contract, which he never told me, even after asking him and him telling me, that the only time I'll be charged is at the pickup time and After my vehicle has been delivered. But now all of a sudden hidden charges appeared. Then he starts to blow up my phone messaging me ridiculous examples of me ordering 1 burger and 2 burgers. Moral of the story, go with someone else who actually deserve your business instead of this brokerage company with horrible horrible customer service, by a man named Chris

1. She booked with us and we secured a driver for Friday and was on schedule. She called back to say she has a DIRECT TRUCKER FOR SATURDAY and all I did was use load board while she found direct trucker. She has not trucker and if she did let her show the review evidence. Why is Ultimate searching for trucker on the board?? If you book with AAA we price properly and get the job done. If you cancel an agreement after work is done be prepared to honor the terms. She appears to be fine with deceptive practices lets find out how her story ends. Please update us Ms Customer
