Colossal Disappointment!

We had scheduled transport a couple weeks in advance and on the day our car was to be picked up, we learned at 2:00pm in the afternoon that the transporter carrier arranged by AAA (MGT Transport LLC) was not going to be able to make it to pick up our car due to a blown out tire. The only reason I found out was because at 2:00pm I reached out to MGT to ask what's their ETA, and only then did I find out they were not going to make it. We never received any advanced notice. I wonder at what point we would've been notified? This has caused a huge inconvenience and added stress because we are not able to reschedule another pick date because we have to leave town early the next day in order to meet other critical obligations on that day. We are now having to completely shift gears and drive the car 7 hours ourselves to it's intended destination. I'm very angry at the situation!
