Having never shipped a car before, I was extremely nervous about the process. I thoroughly researched all the companies that provided quotes, obtained through American Auto Shipping, but was unable to decide who to use based on the horror stories circulating in the industry. Justin Parkerson of AAA Transporters called and educated me about the in and outs of the process, but never applied any pressure to sign on with them. I called a spoke to Justin several times before deciding to use AAA Transporters. I was impressed with the fact that I could speak to someone at the company each time I called and Justin was always personable and professional. He provided fantastic customer service making the process easy and seamless. AAA provided the best pricing quote and my car was picked up in TN on the requested day and delivered intact in CA three days afterwards. I am extremely happy with the level of service I obtained and I would recommend and do business with them again.
