I recently had a vehicle shipped from Tampa to Boston. Like most first timers, I took to the web to search for car transport options. I quickly found a website providing a service that would result in quotes from a bunch of different companies. Within seconds of entering my information and hitting the Submit button, I received an avalanche of calls and emails containing quotes. Perfect. My initial reaction was to take the cheapest quote and book the service. However, after a bit of digging, I became uncomfortable with a lot of negative reviews. Further muddying the waters is that a number of these companies operate under multiple names. Yikes! Being the analytical creature I am, I created a spreadsheet of the various quotes and then started poking at each of them. In the end, I relied on BBB ratings as the source of my decision. Any company that wasn’t BBB rated was immediately eliminated as was any company that didn’t have at least an A- rating. Long story short, I went with AAA Transporters. Chris D responded to every email, text, and phone call and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future. My car arrived safe and sound within one week.
