From the first moment I spoke to Isaac on the phone I knew I had made the right decision to choose AAA. He was professional and courteous. He took down the information concerning pickup and delivery accurately and was able to meet the dates that I had selected for moving the vehicle. Throughout the process up until the day the truck came to pick up my Saturn Isaac and Michael stayed in touch with me. The driver was excellent. He told me that he would pick up the vehicle at 1:30 PM and he was here at exactly 1:30. The agreement was that the vehicle would be dropped off in Elgin IL before Wednesday since my brother who was accepting delivery had to be out of town Thursday through Sunday. The car was dropped off 3 days early...on Monday. The car was in perfect condition. Isaac called to make sure everything had gone smoothly. I would recommend AAA to anyone wanting their car transported across country.
