I originally spoke to Joe on the phone and he was very nice. The quote ended up being about $150 more than the original quote, but he let me know of the increase before my car was picked up and made sure I was ok with it, which I was. He said it was a very good company with good reviews. I didn't mind the extra if it meant I got my car. The driver called and let me know he was going to be late and when he would arrive. My car got to the destination a week earlier than I expected and in great condition, pretty much exactly the same as when he picked it up with only some dust and a couple bugs. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again if I need to transport another car.
