This company provides great customer service and they answered my questions/calls in a timely manner. I had a good experience scheduling a delivery with this company. The driver however, (works for Kwik Transport) did not provide a good customer service. He did not respond to my calls and did not meet the scheduled time of delivery. He informed me that my car will be delivered by Friday. When Friday came, he informed me that "although the papers state that [I] should receive my car by Sunday, [he] will deliver it by Monday or Tuesday." That was unprofessional to know the day my car should be delivered by, and still knowingly decide not to abide by it. When Tuesday came, the driver informed me that my car will be delivered on Wednesday. I finally received my car on Wednesday. I did not like this unprofessional behavior. But this delivery company is separate from AAA. I will give no more than 2 stars to Kwik Transport, but AAA deserves the 4 stars.
