I was very skeptical shipping vehicles as this was my 2nd experience and my first one with a broker company called Win Logistics was terrible!! Once I paid her the brokerage fee our service was almost non-existant!! I talked to about 15 different companies for this shipment as it was a little different. I had a Plymouth Prowler collector car that came with a matching truck trailer and another Chevy SSR pickup that was at a dealer 85 miles away. Most all told me that they would come in 2 loads and the prices were up to twice for one unit than I paid for both units with AAA Transporters. Chris lined up PBC Express who picked up both (actually 3) units and shipped them coast to coast for under $3000.00 total!! I am receiving them today and if the shipment gets here in perfect shape I will be a very satisfied customer!! Their driver has called me 3 times in the last 5 days and let me know where he is at and when the estimated drop date and time will be. He picked the units up within 3 days of my booking and my contacts on that end that had to load them had nothing but praise for the way they coordinated the pickups to fit their schedules!! The last time I shipped with Win Logistics I waited and waited for the car to be picked up and when I finally got ahold of the driver he told me his truck was in the shop for a week at least. I spoke to Win logistics and requested my money back and she said no way!! She said she had provided her part of the service and I did not pay for a specific pickup date and time. That car was supposed to be on an enclosed trailer and it came open carrier for about the same money I paid here for enclosed and it was just Chicago to Ca., not the east coast!! I am sure Chris would not like to make a habit out of doing it, but when I spoke of my troubles of my 1st experience he told me, "Wait and pay me for my brokerage when the cars are both loaded to be sure you are satisfied!!" Wow!!, Am I ever satisfied!! I sent quote requests to a couple of the top rated carriers and brokers on this site and was bombarded with quotes from them showing my cars being shipped to Colorado!! My request definitely showed California as the destination and I even emailed pictures of all units so they could see what the Prowler/Trailer combo consisted of. One of them called me and said my load would just sit on the board for weeks because no one would haul all 3 units for the price that was quoted. Chris Delany emailed me back within the first day of listing and said he had a truck already!!! I could write all day about how satisfied I am but I can sum it up real quick!! "If you have something to haul, call Chris at AAA Transporters first, you wont be sorry!!" I listed my email and phone here to prove I am not a bogus rating or being compensated for this review!!
