Joe was very courteous and efficient. He walked me through all the necessary steps to get my car ready. The car was picked up on time and later delivered to my place in Pennsylvania in a timely manner. Joe put my mind at ease considering this was the first time I needed to resolve the transport of my vehicle from Florida to Pennsylvania.
