Made the call to aaa anytime 1/3 signed and sent back contract.No one called to let me know when they would pick up. I HAD to call every time I needed info. Car was finally pu on 1/7 to have an estimate dlvry of 3 days. 25 days after the fact, I had to call another company to pu my car so that I could get it delivered. aaa NEVER called me to let me know any status. I called them 2-4 times a day and all I got were excuses and lies. They then finally told me on day 25 of a 1300 mile trip that they would not have my car dlvrd for another 3 weeks. The attitude was "don't know what to tell you" Basically they had my car hostage. I even asked if I should report it stolen and the comment that they made was do what you have to do. I understand that the CO that they hired is an independant Contractor, but they SHOULD uphold the word of the motto that they state. Safe - 2 drivers - that did not happen. Affordable - how is that if NO service was ever conducted. Fast - 25 days plus 3 weeks for 1300 miles??? Efficient - I am laffing about that one and finally - Reliable - ok still laffing. I will not recommend this CO at all. I find it hard to believe that they are even in business and call themselves a family business. It is not difficult to tell customers the truth. That you cannot transport their vehicles. I much would have rathered to hear and deal with that than the last 25 days of lies and frustrastion. I am sure there will be no compensation and they most likely say that I was not a customer. I have a contract to prove otherwise. If they can't tell the truth and apologize how could they stand up and do the right thing!!! Word of mouth can make or break a business. Too bad really.
P.S had to pay the IC 400.00 cash on pick up - say bye bye to that!!!
