Charging a Credit card without permission

I contacted this company for an additional quote having used them in the past. We had a credit with this company due to the fact that they could not load a vehicle on a previous request. The vehicle would not fit with the other vehicles they already had loaded, and we had others persons there that saw the same thing. The driver denied that he said it would not fit so they wanted to charge me an additional $400.00 to go back and get it. I called them this time to get a quote for move 3 vehicles to our office. They charged my card the amount to transport without a contract being signed and without my permission. .They say that they will not quote without the payment first. With this they have told me never to contact them again. if you don't want to have problems transporting a vehicle, contact anyone but AAA Anytime Inc. They told me to never call them again and I can guarantee the I will never contact them again. Now I have to wait and see if I get our money back which will probably take a year. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

Hello "Tom" Whoever you are you are not our client and your statements are 100% not true they are actually lies. It is IMPOSSIBLE for us to charge a credit card without permission due to the fact that the card holder gives us the information over the phone and authorizes us to charge the card. Remove this false and misleading review immediately or we will be seek legal action to force you to do so.
