AAA Anytime completely misrepresents who and what they are. You get a long sales pitch about how they own their own trucks, they're not brokers and how honest they are. A friend of mine and I each contracted separately for them recently. Her car was supposed to be picked up last week. They were a no show. Everytime she called customer service they hung up on her. I was on the phone - I can verify that.
After the way they treated her - I have tried to cancel my transport. They keep calling my cell to discuss. They don't take no for an answer. They have sent me 2 bullying emails about how I signed a contract and they have never hung up on any customers. They are SCAM ARTISTS, completely disreputable. They will say this isn't true, I'm not a customer. Yet another AAA ANYTIME lie.
