Non responsive to emails. Unacceptable customer service and responsiveness to customers needs. Numerous attempts to have my car picked up and shipped to Texas. Broken promises and excuses of non-comunications to my cell phone which I carry with me 24/7. My car was never shipped prior to my departure for Texas and I had to go with another company on a short notice. I moved with my dad while he was in the Military and the movers never missed a date. I requested a refund ($300.00) even though the contract states it is non-refundable, but there website states different ("Be certain that you are not subject to any cancellation fees, whatsoever. Companies with cancellation fees have very little incentive to ship your car because they have already "made their money". Obviously this company had no incentive to ship my car when I wanted it shipped and they have no intention of refunding my deposit. I will never recommend them to anyone.
