I have to agree with all the reviews. AAA Inc. is unbelievable (and not in a good way!) I was promised my car would be picked up by June 18 or 19th. I understand a day or two's delay. I got 3 phone calls over the next THREE weeks with a representative (I'm assuming it was Mike Williams because he fits the same rude descriptions as the other reviewers) who kept making lame excuses for why the car still had not been picked up (truck breakdowns, trying to find an open truck, blah blah blah). And he is the rudest service employee I have EVER met. He comes across as being really friendly and helpful (he's a schmoozer) but when I called to voice my concerns (in a completely reasonable manner), he hung up on me and then refused to answer the phone after that. It is now THREE weeks later and my car has still not been picked up! I finally cancelled my order today (not really believing I'll ever see a refund). I can't believe they had me hanging on this long. AAA is unbelievable....I really felt like I was in one of those bad Lifetime movies where I had been the victim of a fraudulent company!
