Original pick up dates were not met nor did I get a courtesy call to advise they would be 1 week later. Then the week passed and they did not meet those dates. Then I was advised that we would have to drive the cars about 40 miles to meet their driver as he "did not want to drive to pick up our cars." ??? There was no sense of urgency with our Sales Rep and not one promise was delivered on. We gave up on them after 2 weeks. They were not honest with us, nor did they take any responsibility for getting our cards delivered. They were happy to take payment though, even before they performed any service for us. They did give us a full refund after we cancelled.
