I called these people thinking they would do a good job, because they were backed by the BBB.
Found out that that means nothing these days. My car was suppose to come from FL to NYC I explained tha I lived in NYC they said no problem. Well, problem the driver called to tell me that he could not deliver my car to manhattan that I had to come to queens to pick up the car. I told him that that was not the service I paid for I paid for door to door. I called AA-Auto and the were acting like they did me a favor. They left me on hold for 30 minutes pretending they were solving the problem. One guy named Neil is the worst customer service person I have ever came across.
I spoke to just about everyone in that office with no success, and the guy who did the sales order never returned calls. or checked to see what the problem was. Once they take your money it's over this is a great little scam operation these people have going. They said that if I did not get the car that they would leave it at the car pound. The people are scam artist, don't trust them...
Talk about suck big time.... I did report them to the BBB....

As stated in our contract our transport companies deliver door to door except where the driver deems it unsafe to do so. The driver has full discretion to request the customer to meet in a safe delivery location, and it makes sense that he has this right. He is responsible for the safety of the vehicles on his carrier, vehicles on the streets and the people on these streets. Ms. Ana’s driver asked her to meet in Queens rather than NYC. The truck can’t get through in NYC because the steam pipe explosion that occurred last night has closed many streets, making movement a nightmare and dangerous for a multi-car carrier. We have spoken with the driver who said he is trying to work it out with her.
