Very disreputable company

I am the Internet Sales Director for Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma city. We have in house drivers and drivers we work with. Although during the holidays we did not have a driver available and had to resort to using an outside company for an important delivery. I contacted AA Auto and Home movers they provided me a prompt and fair shipping quote from Oklahoma City OK to Las Vegas Nevada. We accepted the quote faxed all paperwork and Credit card information to AA Auto and Home movers. Nick D' Esponsito was very helpful up until after they received our Credit card information then things changed. I was then routed to someone else whenever I would call. Nick guaranteed a pick up on the 30th of December which never happened. I let that go and was ok with the 31st. I have spent the day today trying to get someone to answer the phone and not hang up once I said I have a problem. They proceeded to tell me they would try and have it picked up today. We payed more to have the vehicle picked up as it had to be picked up today. We are a large Dealership and customer service is our main priority. AA Auto and Home Movers is not a company that we would recommend to anyone. Stay away from this company.
