I made my reservation on 9/24 to arrange ample time to have my vehicle picked up and delivered by 10/15. Not only was my vehicle not picked up when requested, by the time they were still looking for a transporter; due to time restraints, I had to choose another company and pay double the price..I originally chose this company because of it's rave reviews. My recommendation.. don't believe everything you read! Dealing with this company was a nightmare!!!!

Ms. Nelson booked her order on 9/29 - not 9/24. We had a carrier for Ms. Nelson who could deliver by 10/15 but she refused that carrier because she said no one would be available to receive the vehicle before 10/15. Here she is saying she wanted delivery by 10/15. ???? Clearly her review is not accurate.
